• Tariff timelines: Policy claims are linked to primary government, court, customs, and institutional sources wherever available and carry a visible verification cutoff.

The current production news workflow is deterministic and extractive; it does not use a large language model to generate summaries.

• Publication time is stored separately from pipeline ingestion time.
• Freshness, relevance, source content, summary, key-point, and duplicate checks are applied before acceptance.
